The following diagram is a simplified Workflow of the reverse geocoding process with the most important steps.

Search coordinates |
The first step is to search for all possible candidates that could match the coordinates. |
Check tolerance |
After findig the possible candidates it will be checked if a tolerance is set. Is this the
case all possible candidates in the tolerance of the coordinates will be added to the
result. |
Return result |
At the end of the workflow, the correct address or a list of address candidates is returned. |
