Even when the Autocomplete API is used for entering the address, you should always call the Address Validation API on the server side to mitigate client-side tampering or browser issues. This server-side validation call is free of charge when called as part of an existing autocomplete session (see the API reference for more information). After the validation request is sent, the session will be invalid, and a new session has to be started.
